Returns and Refunds
In the case of a replacement request made by Leopard Strass, when delivering a different item than the one ordered, the Customer must send a communication to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 (fourteen) days by reporting the error and waiting for an e-mail from Leopard Strass regarding the replacement methods in this case, shipping charges for returning the wrong item and those for sending the new item are entirely to Leopard Strass.
In the event of a request for replacement for non-customer satisfaction, the latter must send a communication to email@example.com within 7 (seven) days without using the product, indicating the will to request replacement with another item. Sending the new item will be subject to availability, delivery and shipment conditions for all items. In this case, the cost for returning the item unsuccessful and the shipping cost for receiving the new item are the responsibility of the Customer.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and to receive the refund, without paying any penalties and without having to motivate that decision according to the procedures outlined below.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you must notify Leopard Strass within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the goods, the will to withdraw by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Customer must send the item within seven (seven) days of acceptance of Leopard Strass acceptance for withdrawal and under the same conditions as Customer has received.
Shipping charges for returning items are the responsibility of the Customer for the total refund due.
The right of withdrawal can not be exercised if the product is not intact or is altered for the following reasons:
. Damage to the product
. Lack of integral elements of the product
. Lack of original packaging.
Leopard Strass will reimburse immediately and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Customer received the item.
Refunds include refunds to the Customer of the price paid for the item excluding shipping charges and any marking costs.
The methods of redemption are as follows:

If Customer is not satisfied with his order, example: Product Quality or Service from Leopard Strass, Customer may make his order and will be refunded. Shipping and payment charges are excluded and are the responsibility of the Customer. This service ('' The Warranty '') is valid within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the order. The Customer has 7 (seven) days to ship back to Leopard Strass with a shipment that can be tracked.
